Every channel where a lead can raise a hand, captured in one place. Nothing lives only in someone’s inbox.
Ana, ops director at a logistics company, sends a WhatsApp message at 11:42 pm.
We map how your company actually acquires, sells and delivers. We design the process with the people who run it. Then we build the AI CRM, sales agents and lead engine around it, and stay until someone inside owns it.
No new platform to migrate to. When a piece is missing, we write it ourselves.
It stopped because everything still runs through one person, nothing is written down, and there’s no data to decide with.
If you’re the founder
The process that works lives in your head. The team picked up maybe a third of it. The rest they made up.
If you run sales
Three reps run three different processes, and nobody can tell which parts are producing results.
If you run marketing
Nobody can prove anything either way, so every meeting turns into opinions.
If you run operations
The CRM only holds what reps remembered to type, and the reports are rebuilt by hand every month.
By the end of the diagnosis you know where the constraint is, and it’s almost never where you thought it was.
This is what we install inside your operation. Every layer runs on tools you can inspect, in accounts that belong to you. Follow one lead through it.
Every channel where a lead can raise a hand, captured in one place. Nothing lives only in someone’s inbox.

Each lead is cleaned, matched to its company and scored against your ideal customer before anyone spends time on it.
She’s matched to her company: 80 employees, three warehouses, a strong fit for your best accounts.
Agents trained on your playbook answer in minutes, ask your qualification questions and book the meeting. They hand off when a person should take over.
The agent replies in under a minute, asks about volume and timing, and offers two slots for tomorrow.
The pipeline follows your actual sales process. Every deal has an owner, a stage and a next step.
A deal opens as qualified, assigned to the right rep, with the full conversation attached.
One line from first touch to closed revenue, so you can see which channel, rep and message produced each deal.
When the deal closes, the revenue is credited to WhatsApp, the agent and the rep who took it over.
Not every company needs every layer. The diagnosis decides which ones get built first.
The five systems we build most often. Each one starts from the bottleneck it removes, not from a feature list.
A CRM shaped around how your team actually sells. It organizes the pipeline, guides follow-up and makes the next move obvious to every rep.
Sales agents trained on your playbook, qualification logic and tone. They answer, qualify and book meetings on WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn, day and night.
Infrastructure that keeps finding, enriching and organizing new accounts that look like your best customers, so the pipeline stops depending on luck.
A production line for content in your voice: research, drafting, approval and distribution, running every week without a content team.
One connected view from first touch to closed revenue. You see which channel, rep and message produced each deal, without rebuilding reports by hand.
The Gap Method is how every engagement runs: two stages, four steps, and nothing gets built before the process exists on paper.
First, the diagnosis.
We map how your company actually acquires, sells and delivers. Not how you think it does. We sit with your reps, read the conversations and follow the data.
Second, design the process.
We design the target process with the people who will run it. Every step written down, with an owner and a trigger.
Third, build.
We write the software around the process you approved. Nothing off the shelf. Weekly releases you can test with real leads.
Then, we stay.
We stay through adoption, fix whatever reality proves wrong, and hand the system to someone inside who owns it.
Your process doesn’t adapt to our software. Our software adapts to your process.
Software is half of the delivery. The other half is everything your team needs to run it without us.
From the diagnosis
The process as it runs today and as it should run, every step with an owner.
Where growth is being lost, ranked by what it costs you.
What gets built, in what order, and why. With a fixed quote.
From the build
Source code and configuration, in accounts under your company’s name.
Your ideal customer, scoring rules and agent instructions, written down.
Acquisition, pipeline and revenue, with every metric defined.
How to operate, adjust and troubleshoot each part of the system.
Someone on your team trained to run it after we step back.
Three workflows we build often, step by step. Walkthrough recordings of live client systems are added here as each client approves them.
When a lead fills a form or sends a WhatsApp message
Built for a first response in under five minutes, at any hour
When a deal is marked closed-won
Built for a fresh look-alike list after every closed deal
When a deal goes five days without activity
Built for every open deal having an owner and a next step
It’s the right question. Here is how the real alternatives compare.

Three steps, each bought on its own. You only take the next one when the previous one has made the decision obvious.
Step 1
Fixed fee
3 to 4 weeks, quoted before we start
Find out where growth is being lost before spending anything on a build. You keep every deliverable either way.
Step 2
US$5,000 / month
Typically 6 months
The system from the blueprint, built and released weekly, then adopted by your team.
Step 3
Monthly
Optional, after the build
Keep improving the system as your operation changes, with someone watching the numbers.
No account managers and no handoff to juniors after the pitch. The partners who diagnose your operation are the ones who build the system.

We work inside your CRM and your lead data. Here is exactly how we treat it.
Every tool, API key and database is created under your company. We get access, never ownership.
Each of us gets only the permissions the current step needs, and loses them when the engagement ends.
We use OpenAI and Anthropic models through their business APIs, which don’t train on your data. Any new provider is disclosed before it touches your data.
We follow their principles: purpose limitation, data minimization and deletion on request. We hold no formal certification, and we won’t pretend to.
When we step back, our access is revoked and any copy of your data on our side is deleted, with written confirmation.
Most agencies sell you a system before anyone has looked at your operation. We start with a diagnosis, design the process with your team, and only then build. The people who diagnose are the people who build.
Usually not. We build inside the tools you already run whenever they can carry the process. If one can’t, the diagnosis shows why before you spend anything on it.
You do. Everything is built in accounts under your company’s name, and the source code is handed over with documentation.
The diagnosis takes three to four weeks. The first part of the build typically goes live within the first month of stage two, with weekly releases after that.
During the diagnosis, a few hours from each seat: founder, sales, marketing and operations. During the build, one person who will own the system and a short weekly review.
Yes. It’s sold on its own, and you keep every deliverable whether or not you build with us.
Whatever fits the job, most often OpenAI and Anthropic models through their business APIs. Your data isn’t used to train them.
